Ingredients

10oz. Whole Wheat Pasta
1 tbsp butter
1 can Evaporated Skim Milk
2 Eggs
3oz. Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
1 tsp Mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
hot sauce (opt)
breadcrumbs (opt)
Directions
Boil pasta in salted water.
In a medium bowl, mix mustard powder with 1 tsp cold water. Add eggs, 1 cup evap milk, salt, pepper, hot sauce. When pasta is done, drain water and return pasta to pan over low heat. Add butter and stir to coat pasta. Add milk and egg mixture and two ounces of cheese. Stir until sauce starts to thicken and cheese melts. Add the rest of the milk and cheese and stir until cheese is melted and smooth. Let rest a few minutes off heat to thicken sauce. Serve with toasted bread crumbs or crumbled crackers.
