Introduction

This was my Mom's recipe. It is a great side dish, & LOW in calories!! The soy sauce & water are both 1/4 cup. The lemon juice should be 1/2 tsp. My mom used lemon pepper, instead of lemon juice & black pepper, but i don't care for it. On occasion, I'll throw some mushrooms into the mix!!! This was my Mom's recipe. It looks so good, BUT is that really 633 mg of sodium? I could use low sodium soy sauce or none I guess, but I love fried cabbage,, I add turkey bacon to mine sometimes... - 2/1/11
