Introduction

All the veggies in the soup are pureed together before the cheese is put in and it comes out thick and creamy for a calorie cheesey soup. All the veggies in the soup are pureed together before the cheese is put in and it comes out thick and creamy for a calorie cheesey soup.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *frozen brocolli, 32 oz (remove)
    **cauliflower, frozen, 16 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)
    *Chicken Broth (low sodium) Swanson, 8 cup (remove)
    *Velvetta 2% Cheese, 12 oz (remove
    onion 1 cup
    black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients except cheese into a soup pot and cook until very soft. Then transfer cup by cup to blender to puree. Put back into pot. If you like some veggies in your soup, leave some veggies unblended.
Add cheese and cook slowly until well blended and melted.
Enjoy. So good!
You can spice to taste.
