Ingredients

    *Sainsbury British Chicken Liver, 400 gram
    *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 3 gram(s)
    *mixed herbs (dried), 1 tsp
    *brandy, 7 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 50 grams
    *Fresh Double Cream - Waitrose (100ml), 1 serving

Directions

Put the chicken livers, garlic, butter and herbs in an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Cook for 10 to 25 mins - depending on how pink you like your pate. When cooked to your liking transfer to a food processor add the cream and brandy little by little and whizz until smooth - it should resemble a stiff dip like consistency.

Turn into a dish or plastic tub of suitable size for the mixture to fill or 8 ramakin dishes and refrigerate until set.
