Introduction
I was looking for a way to get my favorite foods without the carbs. This Philly cheese steak roll hits the spot!!! Ingredients

1 lb thin cut beef top round steak (there were 3 in my pack)
1 bell pepper, sliced thinly
½ onion, sliced thinly
Approx 4 oz cheese cut into sticks (I used colby jack)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil to drizzle
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lay out thin steak, salt and pepper lightly, layer bell pepper, onion and cheese on center of steak. Roll up tightly and place in lightly oiled baking pan with seam side down. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly salt and pepper the top of rolls. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
