Ingredients

    5 ripe avacados
    2 ripe tomatoes
    1 green bell pepper
    1 jalepeno
    1 small red onion
    fresh cilantro
    juice of one lemon
    1 tsp low sodium chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1 cucumber

Directions

Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Serve with low-fat feta and chips or quesadillas and celery sticks.
