Ingredients

Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 12 oz
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz
*Asiago Cheese, 5 oz (Shredded)
Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz
Tomato Sauce, 3 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Boil the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain, and set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ricotta, asiago cheese, and egg in a bowl.
Mix the ground beef with the tomato sauce.
Spread the sauce on the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish. Next lay the lasagna noodles, slightly overlapping.
Spread the cheese mixture on top of the noodles.
Add another layer of tomato sauce.
Repeat layering until you are out of the cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
