Ingredients

    1 piece of tilapia
    1/2 cup of rotel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic,minced
    2/3 cup of brown rice

Directions

1. Take tilapia and place in a sprayed ( I used pam) cooking dish.

2. Place 1/2 cup of rotel tomatoes and green chilies and garlic over tilapia .

3. Place in oven at 350 degrees until done (around 15-20 min., it is white and flakes when pulled away with a fork)

4. While thats in the oven make brown rice according to the package.

5. Pour brown rice onto a plate and top with fish and tomatoes and chilies, sprinkle on lemon juice

6. Enjoy!
