Ingredients

    1 box (12 oz) Boca Ground burger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    26 ounces canned diced tomatoes (not stewed)
    16 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 cup skim milk
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. Oregano
    1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (opt.)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Preheat a medium skillet and spray with cooking spray. Saute onions until transparent. Add tomatoes, undrained, stir to combine. Heat through.
Meanwhile, microwave Boca Ground Burger in a bowl until heated through. Combine Boca with tomatoes and onions. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, flour and spices until smooth. Pour over top of tomato mixture in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 12 equal pieces.

    delicious! I switched the white flour for whole wheat and added mrs. dash tomato basil seasoning, and used pictsweet seasoning blend. We loved it!! - 3/8/09

    Amazing as is....next time I want to try the tomatoes in sauce and to add mushrooms. - 11/5/11
