Ingredients

    1/2 C Brown Sugar,
    1/2 C Oat Bran,
    1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 C White Flour
    1 1/2 C Wheat bran
    2 tsp Baking powder
    2 tsp Baking soda
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cloves
    2 tsp ginger
    6 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/2 C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 Med Apple (150 grams) cut into fine cubes
    1 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add apples and wet ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into 18 muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
