This is another version of my almost-chicken-pot-pies made in the crock pot. This one has white meat and veggies I had on hand.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces - I used tenders
    Carrots, raw, 6 medium - thick chopped
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium - thick chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Campbell's 98% Fat free Cream of Mushroom soup, whole can
    Water, tap, .1/2 cup
    salt, pepper, poultry seasoning
    (feel free to season as you see fit)

Directions

Spray your crock pot with non-stick spray.

Season your chicken and throw it in with all the veggies.

Add the can of soup; then 1/2 cup water.

Stir it all up.

Serve with drop or buttermilk biskets.
