Use frozen Mangos and only the freshest eggs. I buy mine from a trusted friend who has free range chickens. She collects eggs daily and I receive them less than one week old. Ingredients

    1 C. 1% Milk
    1/2 C. Mangos
    2 tsp sugar
    1 fresh egg
    Dash Cinnemon

Directions

Use frozen mangos or add ice to blender to make the shake frothy. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on the highest setting for 15-30 seconds depending on your blender. Serve immediately, but it will keep for a day in the frig.
