Introduction

I take the traditional "Rotel Cheese Dip" and add in ground beef and/or ground venison for a party dip my husband loves. You can use all ground beef if you don't have vension on hand.

Serving size is 1/4 cup

Ingredients

    1 box of Velveeta Mexican Cheese
    1 can of Rotel Diced tomatoes and green chillis
    1/4 lb of ground beef
    1/4 lb of ground venison

Directions

Cube the Velveet and add tomatoes and chillis to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Brown beef and venison in pan until thoroughly cooked.
Add meat to cheese and mix well, transfer to small crock pot for parties or eat immediately. Serve with Tortilla chips or over a baked potato.
