Homemade and DELICIOUS! I love this on everything! Apples, toast, waffels, or just a spoon! Very little Omega 3 Flax oil added for a creamier texture and organic honey for a touch of sweetness. Ingredients

    4 oz Almonds
    2 tblsp Omega 3 Flax Oil
    1 tblsp Honey

Directions

I used an Omega Juicer to make my almonds into the almond butter. If you do not have a butter maker simply put the almonds in a food processor and blend for approximatly 10 minutes. The almonds will crumble and then form a ball, but keep going because a few minutes later the almonds will lend their oils and create a creamy butter.

Add the honey and flax oil and stir until well combined.
