* Jalapeno Peppers, .1/2 cup, sliced
* Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 2-8 ounce pkg.
* *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .1/2 cup diced
* Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup gratedd
* *Kraft miracle whip regular, 1 cup
* Monterey Cheese, .1/2 cup, grated
* Nabisco Ritz Crackers 15 crushed
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
* Butter, salted, .1/4 cup
Directions
Serving size is 2 Tablespoons
Beat jalapeno's, cream cheese, chili peppers, cheddar cheese miracle whip, monterey jack on high till smooth. Place in a shallow 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed. In small bowl crush crackers and mix in parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle over cheese mixture and bake at 400 degrees fro 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with additional crackers.
