    1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Salsa
    2 Tbsp Lime Juice (or orange juice)
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Ginger Root, grated
    8 chicken thigh, skinless (boneless optional)

Directions

Throw everything in the slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours. Server over rice or noodles.
