Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup mashed banana
5 Tbsp Splenda
3/4 cup Great Value Fat Free Milk
3 Tbsp Great Value Applesauce
1/4 cup Great Value Liquid Egg Whites
1 Cup Bisquick
2oz. Blue Diamond Almonds
Directions
**Heat oven to 350**
MIX:
banana, sugar, milk, applesauce, and eggs into large bowl.
ADD IN:
bisquick & almonds.
LINE:
muffin pan with liners.
(I used "Bake Fresh Baking Cups, you fill them up & put them on a cookie sheet. Easy.)
MEASURE:
2 TBLSPOONS for each muffin.
BAKE:
30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
COOL:
Completely before serving.
STORE:
To store, take muffins and put them in a Ziploc bag or in a Tupperware bowl and store at room temp, for up to 4 days or into the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
