Introduction

My version of the Green Juice Drinks that are so popular with all of the celebrities. I'm not partial to the tastes of dark greens like kale and spinach so it has a light citrus ginger flavor. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    2 medium carrots
    2 large stalks of celery
    1 large lemon, peeled
    1 large granny smith apple, cored
    6" cucumber
    4 small collard leaves or other greens (kale, spinach, etc.)
    1 piece of ginger root peeled (1" cubed)

Directions

I put all of this through the juicer. Don't let the color fool you. I'm a very picky eater and I like it.

I couldn't find a way to list the juice ingredients so I think the nutritional information is correct if you just ignore the fiber content.
