Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 all purpose flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    2 eggs well beaten
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (3)
    30 semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

In large bowl measure first 6 ingredients. Stir to mix. Make a well in center. In a smaller bowl beat eggs until frothy. Mix in applesauce ,chocolate chips, milk and bananas. Pour into well of flour mixture. Stir just until moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins . I use a ice cream scoop it is the perfect amount for each muffin. Bake in 400 degrees (200C)oven for 20 -25 minutes

    Incredible!
    These were soooo good, large fluffy moist muffins. Although when analyzed they came to 134 calories using skim milk& 3 tbsp sugar, well worth the extra caloriesπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š - 7/25/20
