Directions

Put 2 slices of bread in a bowl with a few spoons of milk and let them soak it. Clean the green (or any other colour) peppers and put them in boiling water, peel the potatoes and add them to the pan. While that cooks brown the sliced onion in a small cube of butter then add the carrot chunks and finally the diced ham (leave it our for a vegetarian dish). Simmer for 10 minutes then turn off the flame. Cut peppers and potatoes in little cubes and let them cool while u beat 4 eggs for a minute, add the salt, pepper and garlic powder, add the soft bread and mash together. Add peppers, potatoes, ham and onions, mix well so that everything is covered by the egg. You can also add 2 cheese singles if you like. Pour into a skillet covered in waxed paper so you don't need anymore oil and cleaning will be easier. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
