These meatloaf muffins are excellent. My family loves them, they will definitly be a staple in my house. I also, made them up as hamburgers and cooked on the foreman grill to make a very moist burger. Great Recipe! - 10/20/08

These are the perfect on the road breakfast, or right before the gym. They are full of protein and really filling. They smell wonderful and can be frozen for later. Loved them!

My Husband and I loved these. I didn't have the Onion soup mix so I substituted 1/2 T. Low Sodium Beef Bouillion and 1/2 T Onion Powder. They were excellent. I would make them again. I am going to share the recipe with my Mom. :) - 6/13/10
