Introduction
I saw this recipe on the Peanut Butter and Co. face box page but changed things up slightly to match what I had in my cabinet. I also added cinnamon because I like cinnamon in everything. Ingredients

1 can black beans rinsed and drained
3 eggs
3 TBS olive oil
1/2 cup plus 2 TBS granulated sugar
1 TBS molasses
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Add the rinsed and drained black beans to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add all ingredients except pb and chips and process until smooth. Pour half the batter in a greased pan (I used a 13 x 9) pyrex dish. Add melted peanut butter to batter and top with remaining batter. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cut into 25 pieces.
