Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Kg of red potatoes
    2 cups of diced lean ham
    250 g of onions sliced
    200 ml of white wine
    200 ml of cream
    1 reblochon cheese

Directions

Boiled the potatoes for 15 minutes with their skins. Then skin them and cut then into medium size slices.
Meanwhile, saute the onions with the ham, add the potatoe slices and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add the wine and the cream. DO NOT add salt because the cheese is salted.
Cut the reblochon in half (lengthwise).
Transfer the mix into an oven pan. Put both halves of the cheese on top and bake at 375° F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melted.
