the beans give it the texture without any difference! My kids had no idea it wasn't cream cheese. I would totally leave out the cream cheese next time. Ingredients

Great Northern Beans, 1.5 cup, drained and pureed
Delallo artichoke hearts quartered and marinated, 1 small jar, drained
Spinach, fresh, 2 cups, chopped
minced Garlic, 2 tsp
low fat cream cheese, 1 serving
western family parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp
basil
1 med Tomato - chopped
Directions
Blend all but tomatoes in a blender. pour into a small pre-sprayed casserole dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Put chopped tomatoes on top and serve with celery and homemade crackers. Yum!
