Introduction

I finally decided to buy some Miracle Whip and looking at the nutrition on the Light, it wasn't too bad. I figured it is probably a good ingredient for coleslaw and maybe some tuna recipes also. So here goes my first one. :) I finally decided to buy some Miracle Whip and looking at the nutrition on the Light, it wasn't too bad. I figured it is probably a good ingredient for coleslaw and maybe some tuna recipes also. So here goes my first one. :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -6 C shredded or chopped cabbage

    -1/4 C or about 4 T apple cider vinegar
    -1/4 C or 3 T granulated sugar
    -1/4 C or 4 T or 60g Miracle Whip Light

Directions

--Chop or shred the cabbage and put it in a med. to large bowl. in another bowl mix your Miracle Whip, sugar and cider with a whisk until well blended.

--Pour over the cabbage, cover with a tight lid and shake well or stir to mix well. Refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. Stir or shake before serving.

--Makes about 4 cups after it wilts down. 4 servings of 1 C each.
