Introduction

Ingredients

    3 tbsp rolled oats (optional: soaked overnight)
    2 tbsp almond flour
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    2 tsp erythritol
    dash of stevia
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp coconut oil
    handful of blueberries
    1/3 medium banana chopped in little pieces
    2 tsp maple syrup

Directions

Blend rolled oats, almond flour, egg, salt, erythritol, stevia, and baking powder/soda.
Stir in blueberries and small chunks of banana
Melt coconut oil in large pan at low heat
Drop four round puddles onto pan
Cook for 3-4 minutes covered
Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes
Serve with maple syrup
