    Laura's lean eye of round roast, 32 oz (remove)
    *Onion powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce, 2 serving (remove)
    Lime Juice, 0.5 fl oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, 0.4 tsp (remove)
    *Bay leaf, 1/4 tsp crushed bay leaf = 1 whole bay leaf, 0.5 tsp (remove)


put the beef in the pot and brown in oil. add in rest of ingredients, cover and simmer for 4 hours. shred and place back in pot. simmer for 10 minutes.
