Ingredients

    2 cans of water pack solid white tuna
    1/2 sweet onion chopped
    2 cups broccoli slaw
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp dijon
    1 tbsp horseradish
    1/2 tsp tarragon
    salt and pepper

Directions

saute onion with broccoli
add drained tuna and rest of ingredients
mix well
push into muffin tin
bake at 350 for 25 mins.
