    Ground Beef 93% Lean 1 lb
    Onions (chopped) 1 cup
    Celery (diced) 1 cup
    Cabbagecoarsely chopped 11 cup
    Diced tomatoes w/green chilies, 1.5 cup
    Stewed Tomatoes, 4 Cup
    pinto beans, 1.5 cup
    Ketchup, 8 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp


in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.

Transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in the cabbage, stewed tomatoes, beans, dieced tomatoes, ketchup, chili powder, oregano, pepper and salt. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or until cabbage is tender. Serve with cheese and sour cream if desired.
