Introduction

Ingredients

    1.2 lb ground turkey
    1/4 c egg subsitute
    1/4 c bread crumbs
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    1/4 c onion chopped
    1/4 c grated romano cheese
    1T basil dried
    1T oregano dried
    1t black pepper

Directions

combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix in the ground turkey
form into patties

cook until done (G. Foreman grill)
If you cook in a pan be sure to add in the oil.

    I REALLLY enjoyed these. Nice and flavorful, which can be difficult for ground turkey. The only thing I might do differently next time (and there WILL be a next time!) is to saute the onion and garlic until they are soft - but that's just because I don't like them crunchy! - 8/4/11

    These are just amazing! I served them on whole grain flat bread with lettuce and a horseradish/Dijon/mayo dressing. This will be a staple in our family. - 5/9/11
