Ingredients

• 1 (7 oz) bag of Angel Hair Miracle Noodles*
• 2 tsp olive oil
• ¾ cup sliced onion
• 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips**
• 1 tbsp wheat-free tamari soy sauce or amino acids***
• 1-2 cups sliced bell peppers
Directions
Drain & rinse Miracle Noodles as directed on package. Set aside.
Add olive oil to a skillet. Heat over medium heat. Add sliced onions, sauté until soft. Add the chicken and the tamari, tossing often. Add the bell peppers when the chicken has browned. Once peppers are tender, add noodles and stir. Once noodles are warmed, serve and enjoy!

**Skinless chicken tenders work well too.
