    1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup quick cooking oats
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 large egg,lightly beaten
    2 tbsp. canola oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1. In a large bowl, mix together flours, oats, baking powder and salt.
    2. In a sep.bowl stir together milk,oil, eggs.
    3. Stir wet ingred. into dry ingred. until large lumps disappear. Don't over mix.
    4. Pour about 3/4 cup of waffle batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until steam no longer escapes and the waffle is golden brown.
