    2 tbsp low fat free plain yoghurt
    1 tsp ground flax seeds
    1 tsp wheat germ
    2 - 3 tbsp low fat granola
    1 tsp fat free Cool Whip

Directions

Cover banana with yoghurt and sprinkle with remaining ingridients.
Serve with Cool Whip
