Introduction

You can do this with tuna and mayonnaise or anything with a strong salty taste. Eat it with your hands like a sandwich. Eat immediately as the seaweed will get soggy if you wait. Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked sushi rice
    5 sheets Nori (seaweed)
    1.5 avocados, sliced
    5 tbsp whipped cream cheese

Directions

1) Cook rice according to directions on package, leaving out seasoned vinegar. Add salt if desired.

2) After rice is cool enough to handle, lay out a sheet of nori and put 1/5 of the rice in the center. Pat down with the back of a spoon to form a firm square, leaving enough nori around the edges to fold over the rice.

3) Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese evenly on the rice and lay 1/5 of the avocado slices on top.

4) Fold nori up over the rice so it is completely covered and looks like a little present. Eat immediately.

Makes five bundles/sandwiches.
