Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2- 6oz. cans Albacore Tuna in water (drained and flaked)
    7- oz can La Victoria Diced Green Chiles
    1/2 cup white or yellow onion: finely chopped
    13 small Black Olives; coarsely chopped

    1/2 cup La Victoria Salsa Verde (or any green salsa)
    1/4 cup Low fat Mayonnaise (Best Foods)
    2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
    1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro: finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Place first 4 ingredients into a medium size bowl.
Then place last 5 ingredients into an other bowl and mix together well. Now add sauce to the first ingredients; mix well and serve.

This makes 4-1 cup servings.
