Introduction

An adaptation from a recipe from the book THRIVE, this recipe uses soy flour instead of buckwheat flour, and Plant protein blend instead of hemp protein. Ingredients

    1 cup of soy flour
    1/4 cup ground flaxseed
    1/4 cup of plant-fusion protein powder(about 1 scoop)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 banana
    1 and 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup "hemp dream" hemp milk/drink
    1/2 cup organic oats

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a blender, process the water, hemp milk, and banana. Add the oats to this wet mixture, and blend through for a few seconds. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and fold until blended. Pour batter onto a pre-heated griddle or pan- makes 10 pancakes about 5" in diameter.
