Introduction

This has absolutely no sweetener unless you count the dates. This has absolutely no sweetener unless you count the dates.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup bran/psyllium/oatmeal/ground flax (you choose...or mix it up)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 bananas
    2 eggs
    1/8 cup olive oil or grapeseed oil
    2 cups dates, walnuts and frozen whole cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mash bananas in another bowl. (The riper the better).
Add eggs and oil.
Mix wet with dry. (If it is too dry add some unsweetened applesauce or another egg)
Add fruit and nuts.
Put into one loaf pan. (Need oil or something to unstick the loaf pan).
Bake one hour or until cooked through. (Use the toothpick test).
