Ingredients

    1 pound turkey sausage
    1 dozen large eggs
    1 cup schredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 package fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup lite sour creme

Directions

Cook Sausage. Mix all ingredients together. Spray the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Pour mixture in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until firm. About 45 minutes
