Ingredients

    1 1/8 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup white sugar
    12 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup softened butter
    1 egg
    1 t vanilla
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, egg and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Cool on wire racks. Makes 2-3 dozen depending on the size of your drops!
