Ingredients

    1 Joseph's Oat Bran and Flax flat wrap
    2 slices deli turkey breast
    1/4 C fresh avocado, mashed or pureed
    1/4 C Kraft Free fat free cheddar shreds or slice
    2 slices tomato
    1 Romaine lettuce leaf, shredded


Directions

Place all ingredients on the flat wrap, using the avocado as a mayo substitute. Roll wrap tightly, folding in the ends.
