Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    3 tsp Splenda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    .5 cup skim milk
    1/8 cup egg beaters or egg substitute

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Spray a skillet and cook. Flip once pancakes form bubbles. Top with syrup, butter or fruit.
