Introduction
Basic salmon burger for the high protein dieter! Basic salmon burger for the high protein dieter!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1 Can of Pink Salmon
1 large egg
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
lemon juice
old bay
red crushed pepper
black pepper
season salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make sure to remove the bones from the salmon and disgard.
Shape into round balls.
Preheat frying pan with olive oil.
Fry each burger, flattening when placing in the pan.
Fry each side for 2 minutes or so. Make sure you watch.
or
Electric skillet: spray with pam and cook on each side for 4 minutes or more.
or
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
