Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Goya Black Beans (1 Can)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.75 (1 Can)
    College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 2 cups
    BirdsEye-Steamfres-SuperSweetCorn-1bag
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces (2 breast)
    Salt & Pepper
    Crush Tortilla Chips

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium. Cook garlic and chili powder until fragant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes (with juice), beans, broth, corn, and 1 cup of water, season with sal and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Add tortilla chips, cook until softened.
Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and season with sal and pepper if needed.
Serve soup with lime wedges and if desired more chips.
