    *Summer Squash, 2 cup
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, .25 large sliced
    *Bell Pepper - Orange - 1 large sliced
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp


1. Chop/slice up all veggies and place them in a ziploc bag
2. Add Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, and Mr. Dash.
3. Shake bag to mix
4. Let sit for 10-15 minutes
5. Cover vegetables with foil and cook on grill for ~20 minutes.
