Introduction

Nice treat for any time of the year, works great for potlucks!! Nice treat for any time of the year, works great for potlucks!!

Ingredients

    1 Box of Rainbow Rotini
    I can of Medium Black Olives, sliced
    1 cup Light Mayonnaise
    Flaked Crab ( can find any in seafood section)
    salt and pepper, to taste

    ** After sitting overnight in the fridge, you may need to add more mayo, i suggest 1/4-1/2 cup. **

Directions

-Cook the noodles as the box follows.
-After they are tender, drain into the sink. Let them sit for a good 15 minutes, then run cold water over them. (Helps keep them firm enough).
-Cut the black olives to your liking. (I usually slice them)
-Mix mayo, noodles, olives, and crab together in a large bowl.
- Chill for a couple hours, then enjoy!

Note:: after being in the fridge overnight, some of the mayo will soak into the noodles, add another 1/4-1/2 cup to the mix to get it creamy again! (This is NOT added in the nutritional info!!)
