Ingredients

    1/2 Red Cabbage - shredded
    1 Carrot - shredded
    4 Scallions - chopped

    Dressing:
    2 radishes
    1/4 c. walnuts
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. Hellman's Light Mayo
    1 T Curry Powder
    Salt to taste

Directions

Add vegetables to a bowl
In food processor - puree dressing ingredients
mix together, refridgerate
Makes abt. 4 cups.
