Ingredients

    1/2 C macadamia nuts
    2 Tblsp lemon juice
    1 Tblsp coconut oil
    1 inch fresh ginger root
    1 clove garlic
    4 C chopped raw spinach
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 C chopped raw onion

Directions

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy. The mixture may remain a tad chunky, but is still good that way.
