Ingredients

    1.3 Lbs. Sirloin tips, cut into 3/4" pieces
    1 large yellow onon, roughly chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, roughly chopped
    1 large sweet red bell pepper, roughly chopped
    1 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. Vegeta vegetable seasoning mix
    4 Tbsp. prepared BBQ sauce

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings

Put all ingredients except liquid smoke, vegeta and BBQ sauce in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hrs, then reduce to low. Continue cooking for 3-4 more hours. Add excluded ingredients, stir and adjust seasonings in needed. Serve over rice (or not). :) Enjoy!
