Introduction

A little twist for those boring salads. This if very filling and satisfying. I use this as a whole meal.

The Turkey Pepperoni and salsa give it a nice kick. I used mild salsa but you can use other salsa's for more kick. I also used reduced fat refried beans and sour cream because that is what I had handy. You can use the fat free and get the same taste with lower fat.

Ingredients

    1/2 Whole Wheat Pita Pocket - cut down middle
    1/2 cup of reduced fat refried beans
    7-8 slices of turkey pepperoni
    3 oz of lettuce
    2 tbsp of salsa
    1/3 cup of Weight Watchers 4 cheese Italian blend
    1 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Cut pita in half (down middle for full circle)
Add reduced fat refried beans
Add turkey pepperoni
Heat in microwave for 1:30
Add shredded lettuce
Add salsa
Add shredded cheese
Add sour cream
Enjoy!
