Ingredients

    1 cup chopped walnuts
    3 cloves garlic (or more if you like it stronger)
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup any kind of stock or water
    salt to taste

Directions

pour liquid over bread crumbs to soften - use enough liquid to make the consistency of oatmeal. While bread crumbs are soaking, combine walnuts and garlic in food processer and pulse for about a minute. Add bread crumb mixture and pulse until mixture is a smooth puree.
You can use this as a spread or a dip. Makes about 6 1/4 cup servings.
